Bali Holiday Giveaway

Promoter, Dream Getaways Australia (Studio54 PTY LTD, ABN 54 667 606 528, ACN 667 606 528), hereinafter referred to as ‘Dream Getaways Australia’, ‘Studio54’, ‘We’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a trade promotion giveaway (hereinafter referred to as a ‘giveaway’ or ‘promotion’) for participants (referred to as ‘participant’, ‘participants’, ‘members’, ‘entrants’, ‘entrant’, ‘your’). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Prize Pool

Prizes will be drawn in the order of 1st prize. 

The total prize pool value is up to $10,000

• 1st Prize – ($5,000 cash, 2 flights, 7 nights accommodation in Bali) or $10,000 cash

Winning cash funds are transferred electronically to an Australia bank account.

For other states no additional permits are required where an approved permit has been issued for the same trade promotion. Excludes SA and ACT.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be drawn and announced via social media platforms, email, and our website. Winner will be contacted via the phone number and email address provided by the entrant. 

We allow up to 90 days to redeem the prize (book and receive tickets) for the holiday, however if you are unsure or unable to secure dates that you can travel, we would recommend taking the cash prize. 

If the winner cannot be contacted (and the prize isn’t claimed) within a 90 days period of time it will be forfeited and another draw can take place to determine a new winner. The names of the winner is required to be published on our website by law – by entering this competition you consent to this. For privacy purposes we will publish your first name, last initial, and the residing state. At the winners request the details can be removed after the minimum required 1 month period.

Flights and Accommodation

Accommodation and flights may vary depending on the availability and winners preferred travel dates. If the accommodation advertised is unavailable on your preferred dates we will match it with alternative accommodation. Due to price hiking, the departure date must be at least 1 month in advance from the booking date. The alternative accommodation will equal or exceed the value of the displayed advertised accommodation. If the holiday package is adjusted; the total cost must not be greater than the total cash take away prize.

Entrant Limit

This promotion has a limit of 4500 entrants. Once we reach this limit, entry into the giveaway

will automatically be closed. 

Conditions of Entry

The entrant/participant is allowed to enter the contest provided they:

1. Agree to the terms and conditions laid out on this page in full, the privacy policy, and
2. Purchase one of the packages via the Dream Getaways Australia official website, and 
3. Are over the age of 18, and
4. Do NOT reside in South Australia or The Australian Capital Territory. 

Dream Getaways Australia does not take on any liability for damages to; property, vehicles, individuals, health emergencies or businesses when you are travelling. It is important that you purchase your own insurance that covers health emergencies, car hire (if applicable), flight cancellation and public liability when travelling overseas. 

Drawing

To ensure the random draw results are fair, unbiased and reliable we use an independent, government certified, third party organisation to handle drawing. The draw submission to the third party service will take place from our business registered address. Dream Getaways Australia reserves the right for your personal information to be shared with third party websites to provide services in relation to drawing of the prize winners.

The winner will be drawn by the third party agency. That agency will be provided all valid ticket numbers, and use randomised selection software to determine a winner. No personally identifiable data is shared with the drawing company. The owner of the winning ticket number will then be contacted and congratulated by us.

The participant warrants that they shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor or partner of Dream Getaways Australia in an attempt to manipulate the giveaway results. Dream Getaways Australia retains the authority to disqualify any participant who is discovered to be interfering with or exploiting any aspect of this Giveaway, as determined exclusively by Dream Getaways Australia.

The intention of this giveaway is to promote and increase awareness of the Dream Getaways Australia brand. Dream Getaways Australia fully funds the giveaway, including all prizes. Furthermore, the promotion of the giveaway is exclusively carried out by Dream Getaways Australia.

Entries are strictly provided as promotional prizes to members. As such, entries cannot be purchased and will not be sold separately. They are only given to members freely upon purchase of a membership package.

The giveaway can be won by any participant who purchases a package from the official Dream Getaways Australia website. Each entry has an equal chance of winning, and it is possible for the same individual to win multiple prizes as winning numbers are drawn at random.

Dream Getaways Australia does not sell raffle tickets, or any other form of tickets to enter this giveaway. The giveaway operates as a trade promotion. All packages purchased will grant participants membership to Dream Getaways Australia, which will include a specified number of entries to the giveaway at no cost. Entries to the giveaway cannot be purchased, or transferred and will not be sold separately.

Entries to the giveaway are only provided as promotional gifts to the members (in accordance with state trade promotion requirements) and or customers of Dream Getaways Australia.

The giveaway can be won by anyone who purchases a package from the Dream Getaways Australia website, or any official link, meets the conditions of the entry, and accepts the terms and conditions. The giveaway is funded entirely and promoted entirely by Dream Getaways Australia.

By accepting the prize from Dream Getaways Australia, the winner grants permission for their submission, image, and/or voice captured during the prize acceptance to be used in connection with the advertising or marketing of our brand or partners internationally. The winner acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation for such use.

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising from or in relation to the giveaway and the promotional gifts must be resolved individually, without any involvement of a class action lawsuit. Any claims, judgements, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred while participating in the giveaway. However, Dream Getaways Australia shall not be held responsible for any legal fees. By participating in the giveaway, participants waive their rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, as well as any rights to have damages multiplied or increased, except for damages incurred in entering the giveaway.

Dream Getaways Australia, its licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, as well as their advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any nature, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from access to or use of the website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or participation in this giveaway, even if Dream Getaways Australia had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event that the Giveaway is compromised by non-authorized intervention, tampering, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Dream Getaways Australia that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway, Dream Getaways Australia reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

Participants who deliberately attempt to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway will be in violation of criminal and civil laws. In such instances, Dream Getaways Australia reserves the right to seek damages from such participants to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dream Getaways Australia assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, software, internet service providers, or email systems. Moreover, Dream Getaways Australia shall not be held accountable for any entry that is not received due to technical problems, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.

The Giveaway is invalid in locations where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

All purchases of packages and memberships are final and non-refundable.
